Nice place to stay—quiet overall, with nothing wrong. The only issue was a few guests playing loud music, which is more about upbringing than the hotel itself. The staff are very nice.
The rooms were incredible, i really enjoyed my stay. Not to forget the breakfast, they had a large variety of options. They took care or us very well, i would stay here anytime.
Jill at the service desk is absolutely amazing and extremely kind and very helpful! She welcomed us with a smile and went above and beyond when I asked if the rooms were decent here she escorted to my room and let me look and it was way more than I expected for what I paid! Great service great price and beautiful clean newer looking room! Bathroom huge and shower AMAZING! STAY HERE AND I HOPE YOU GET JILL⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ll start with, I recommend staying here and I will be coming back. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast they offer is fantastic. I arrived with my family of 6 and booked a suite, the living room area and bedroom both had large TVs. The room was beautiful and clean enough. Except the sofa bed, that was dirty with what looked like old pizza sauce and crumbs. I called for room service but there was none available that night. I had to pick up new sheets in the main and change the sheets myself. Which was not a problem at all since the price was great and my kids got to be in the pool all they wanted.
I love this hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. Love the warm breakfast. The employees were very kind and especially the pretty receptionist Alisha. She was most helpful and very polite. I would definitely be returning if I’m ever in the area.
The staff here is very nice. The establishment is very clean and the rooms are even better. It gives a home away from home feel that is well needed and appreciated at this time. If you are looking for comfort, relaxation, shopping, and good food you would definately love the stay and the location. I recommend 100 percent. Plus there is plenty of parking, a pool and breakfast is also available. Thank me later.
Staff was wonderful, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is easy to access off interstate and central to everything in the area. We enjoyed our time and will be sure to stay here when we are in the area in the future.
Everything was great, front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating. The only thing I'd note is that some charges are different online than in person. Also make sure to remember that even after paying for your room in full online, you also have to pay a refundable deposit at the front desk when you check in. Not sure how easy it is or what terms must be met to get the deposit back and when, but we'll find out tomorrow when checking out.
